Catastrophic Adjuster Teams
Disaster can strike when least expected. When areas around the nation are exposed to the wrath of Mother Nature, RCIS is there to help in the aftermath by providing Catastrophic Adjuster Teams(CAT). In areas where claim volume is high, handpicked adjusters, with experience in the crops and type of peril they’ll be adjusting, are dispatched to help producers with claims following a natural disaster.
Electronic Funds Transfer
Transferring money from insurance claims doesn't require a prolonged waiting period or a trail of papers. With electronic funds transfer, payments can be deposited directly into your account within two business days of the claim payment date quickly and securely. Contact your agent today to enroll.

Online Payments for Producers
RCIS policyholders can make crop insurance payments online rather than mailing checks to RCIS.  It's convenient, accessible 24/7 and payments post within two business days.  Click on "Make a Payment" from the home page of either or for Producers.
Precision Farming
Complete crop insurance reporting faster and more efficiently with the enhanced Precision Farming service offered by RCIS. RCIS’ technology streamlines data importing and supports nearly 30 agriculture management platforms. RCIS tools enable farmers to gather and upload GPS-data on planting, acreage and harvest yields for crop insurance reporting. Acreage reporting at the time of planting and at harvest is a very labor-intensive process for all involved from the farmers to the agents. Data importing capabilities available for RCIS agents and policyholders utilize mobile devices; integrated processing systems and the RCIS FarmMapssm tool for acreage and production reporting; and record keeping so that farmers can create acreage reports that are more accurate, efficient and streamlined; and agents are able to provide more efficient reporting as required by the federal crop insurance program. Access to FarmMapssm
With your Producer Portal account, access field maps for your farming operation. You can even create new field boundaries that are retained in the system for your agency to view, helping expedite the acreage reporting process.
